Following the 40 Days to Personal Revolution book by Baron Baptiste, each week involves reading, journaling, 6 days of yoga and daily meditation. Every Monday, Tadasana teacher Jill Packham leads a 1-hour group discussion on the week’s reading.
- Program runs from April 16 – May 25
- Weekly meetings held every Monday evening, 6:30 – 7:30 at the studio, starting April 16th
- $150 by March 30 ($175 after). Fee includes guided instruction, weekly meetings, helpful emails, and a personal Tadasana journal. (Does not include yoga instruction or the 40 Days book.)
