Are you ready to make real change in your life? Spring is here and it’s a great time to let go of things that are causing stress, and embrace the new habits you want to keep. The Tadasana.Yoga “40 Days to Personal Revolution” program helps you find those places where you are stuck and gives you the tools to move through them.
Research shows that it takes about 40 days, or 6 weeks, to make or break a habit. Together we’ll create new physical, mental, and emotional habits through yoga, meditation, reading, journaling, dietary awareness, and our weekly group meeting.
Following the book 40 Days by Baron Baptiste, we commit each week to 6 days of yoga, daily meditation, attention to our diet, reading, and journaling. It starts small and slowly builds over the six weeks, giving you the opportunity to make a slow but steady transformation.
Every Wednesday at 7:30pm, Tadasana teacher Nicole DeBloois will facilitate a 1-hour discussion and workshop around the material. Useful exercises will help you explore what’s working, and not working, and open the door to new pathways.
40 Days is a truly magical program that has impacted the lives of many people right here in Park City. The power of regular practice, consistent meditation, and focused intention is impossible to underestimate. If you’re ready for a change, give it a try!
- The cost for the entire 6-week program is just $150 if you register before April 15 ($175 after).
- Weekly meetings are held at 7:30pm at the studio.
