Join Tadasana.Yoga owner Melissa Garland for an hour of practical tools for happiness in 2020.
“What causes happiness?” is a question that scientists from all disciplines have been turning their attention to over the past decade. We now have the research to prove that specific behaviors will explicitly create more happiness in your life.
The science is easy to read and understand, but most of us struggle to know how to put the information into practice. Melissa will share six specific things you can do immediately that can radically shift how you experience your life every day.
