The best athletic yoga in Park City.
Whenever I travel, I look for yoga studios to attend and I’m frequently stymied by website information — which one will offer the style of yoga I want in a location that’s accessible for me? Here’s some helpful info: if you’re new to Park City, Tadasana.Yoga is the closest studio for folks in Jeremy Ranch, Pinebrook, and surrounding areas, but also easily accessible if you’re coming from Trailside area, Silver Creek and surroundings, or making a regular commute to Salt Lake. If you wish to avoid the traffic jam of Kimball Junction, we’re right off the highway with plenty of parking. If you’re visiting Park City and know that you want a heated practice that will offer both a challenge for experienced students an easy accessibility with options for newer students, Tadasana.Yoga is the studio for you.
Other great studios in Park City include Enlighten Wellness (very accessible for folks in downtown Park City and Deer Valley areas) and Park City Yoga Collective (great for people staying in the Kimball Junction area). We love and support our entire yoga community in Park City. We also believe that we at Tadasana.Yoga are best known for an athletic yoga experience, so if you only have one hour and want both a good sweat and a soulful, mindful practice, come check us out!
We build happy communities, one student at a time.
Our vision at Tadasana.Yoga is that our communities are filled with people who understand what happiness is and how to create it in their lives. We believe that the key to solving today’s ever-more-divided world is to first address the problems within.
Through yoga, and the practices that surround yoga, it is our mission to give you the tools you need to define happiness for yourself and to spread it throughout your community.
We practice vinyasa yoga, a form of hatha yoga that flows with breath. Our studio is warm (not hot) to loosen your muscles and cleanse your body. Every Tadasana.Yoga class follows the arc of the Five Pillars: intention, motion, athleticism, grit, and focus. We are known for our athletic practice that will challenge you physically and mentally. If you want to amp it up aerobically, take one of our yoga-fitness classes that offer HIIT/weights, aerobics, and pilates along with yoga. You can learn more about these different class styles on our Class Styles page. Or go to the Schedule page to register for a class today.
The Five Pillars of a Tadasana.Yoga Practice
The practice of yoga, unique among athletic practices, provides a path to radical improvements in physical health because of its focus on intention and purpose. It also simultaneously opens doors to better mental and emotional health. The five pillars of the Tadasana.Yoga practice ensure that each class offers you the opportunity to experience huge strides in your own growth.
-
Intention: warm up, find your why, dedicate your practice
-
Motion: fire up your heart and lungs, get your sweat on
-
Athleticism: restore the natural twists and turns of the body you were born with
-
Grit: dig deep to find new territory in your body and mind
-
Focus: change the habits of your mind
All five of these principles – intention, motion, athleticism, grit, and focus – are found in all classes at Tadasana.Yoga. Tadasana creates a unique space that provides you with practices, tools, guidance, and support to find your happy. We hope you will join us in our mission!
