Our focus at Tadasana.Yoga is transformation. Our “5 Pillars” sequence structure ensures consistency within variety. Every class begins with intention-setting, then gets into motion (a little or a lot, depending), then helps you regain your natural athleticism, encourages you to use grit to find your edge, and concludes with focus. All classes are designed for all levels of yoga experience. We warm our studios to help you get into the flow. Check out our class styles below.
Tadasana.Yoga’s pure yoga classes come from a Power Vinyasa origin, and will be very familiar to Baptiste, Ashtanga, and Hatha practitioners. Our teachers create their own classes, but each stays within the 5 Pillars structure so you can always expect an athletic, transformative class. Pure yoga classes include:
Flow & Power Flow: An athletic flow.
PowerJAM: Power Flow to jammin’ tunes!
Slow Flow: Longer holds (just as challenging!)
Restorative: Deep stretch and meditation.
Donation: Your chance to give back. The class is free; donations optional.
Yoga fitness combines yoga with high-intensity interval and resistance training. These classes are a great complement to traditional yoga classes, giving you the aerobic and strength workouts you need to maintain complete health. Each class starts and ends with yoga. Yoga Fitness classes include:
Yoga Sculpt: Yoga + HIIT + Resistance
