Our focus at Tadasana.Yoga is transformation. Our “5 Pillars” sequence structure ensures consistency within variety. Every class begins with intention-setting, then gets into motion (a little or a lot, depending), then helps you regain your natural athleticism, encourages you to use grit to find your edge, and concludes with focus. Tadasana.Yoga’s power flow classes will be very familiar to Baptiste, Ashtanga, and Hatha practitioners. Our teachers create their own classes, but each stays within the 5 Pillars structure so you can always expect an athletic, transformative class. Flow classes include:
Flow & Power Flow: An athletic flow.
PowerJAM: Power Flow to jammin’ tunes!
Gentle Flow: Longer holds and more floor time.
Restorative: Deep stretch and meditation.
Donation: Your chance to give back. The class is free; donations optional.
Yoga fitness combines yoga with high-intensity interval and resistance training. These classes are a great complement to traditional yoga classes, giving you the aerobic and strength workouts you need to maintain complete health. Each class starts and ends with yoga. Yoga Fitness classes include:
Yoga Sculpt: Yoga + HIIT + Resistance
Teen & Kids Yoga
Now available at both studios, teen yoga classes are available at a special price for ages 11-17. 3:30pm on Mondays and Wednesdays. Mondays are power flow and Wednesdays are yoga sculpt. Also available through August 2021 in Park City: Kids Yoga for ages 5-10 every Tuesday & Thursday at 2pm for 90 minutes.
