Was driving across country (SD to VA) and we stayed the night in Park City, UT. I wanted to get some yoga time in with... all the driving I was doing and I found this place on line. Great studio-clean, friendly, big space, and love the quotes that are on the walls. Went to a morning Power Flow class guided by Tina. Fast moving class, temperature just right- I like it hot! ;), a definite work out. Loved it!read more

So nice to have the studio open for business after the covid-19 shut down. I did Tina's power flow class yesterday and Dodi's power flow class this morning. The instructors styles were different from each other but equally challenging and rewarding. I will continue to practice at this studio and I highly recommend you take a class if you haven't already. All of the instructors at tadasana are talented and passionate about their work.

A group of us showed up tonight to the regular Tuesday night meditation class. We didn’t know but recently the mediation class is now changed to only Thursday nights. The instructor stayed after her time expected to guide us through the meditation class! The class was amazing and needed. Thank you so much for going above and beyond! The customer service is more than 5 stars!

Participated in the Core Power Class today. Since my wrist injury it's been nearly 2 years since I had the motivation to get back into Yoga. With a few modifications due to the mobility of my wrist, the class went really well and the instructor was amazing. After class, she took time out to introduce herself to me and my girlfriend. All in all I loved the class and instructor. Excited to be going back to tadasana more often!

Yesterday I went in to try some hot yoga. I was feeling really apprehensive because it was HOT yoga. I spoke with the instructor, Melissa, beforehand and told her I might need to bail out if I got too hot. She said that if you get to hot just lay down on your mat. I did that exact thing, and I was so proud of myself for calming my fears and finishing the class!Melissa led a great class she had some entertaining twists (no pun intended) on traditional poses. A lot of fun. Thank you
