In this 90-minute workshop, you'll learn how to do the perfect Sun A, Chaturanga, Warrior I & II, and many other basic poses elemental to the practice of yoga.
Many people jump into yoga and never get the proper alignment and set-up to help them advance quickly and avoid injury. This workshop will ensure your next class is your best one yet! Attendance is restricted to ensure everyone receives personalized attention.
Melissa Garland has 20 years of experience as a yoga practictioner with 10 years as a teacher and studio owner. Her classes are rooted in proper alignment, while offering pathways to mental and spiritual growth.
