Tadasana specializes in heated Power Vinyasa yoga. Sometimes we amp it up with weights, other times we take it down to stretch deep. All our classes are intended for all levels of yoga experience and the studio is always warm to help you get into the flow.
Power Vinyasa is a style of yoga that emphasizes alignment and breath while moving at a moderate pace. Each class is a little different, but the core structure is always the same: first we bring you into the room, then get you in motion, then encourage your athleticism and grit, and conclude with focused attention on your breath.

Yoga Sculpt takes the structure of Power Vinyasa and adds high-intensity interval and resistance training. This class is a great complement to traditional yoga classes, giving you the aerobic and strength workout you need to maintain complete health. Each class starts and ends with yoga. Working with weights is always optional.
