We’re excited to announce a brand new program specifically designed to introduce younger children to the empowering practice of yoga.
This summer, give your youngster the opportunity to learn Movement, Meditation, Leadership, and Self-Awareness through our twice-weekly, 90-minute program.
Classes held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2-3:30pm starting June 8 and ending August 17.
In each class, kids will experience a real, age-appropriate yoga class. We’ll share our feelings with one another and over the summer everyone will get a chance to experience what it’s like to be the teacher!
Classes will be led by a member of our trained staff alongside our wonderful new Kids Yoga teacher: Sienna Stark.
Class size is limited to 15.

- Full Program/Unlimited Attendance: $249
- Single Class Drop-In: $15
