We’ve made a number of tweaks to our Fall schedule, including a few exciting additions, to make Tadasana more accessible for you!
What’s new?
Slow Flow for Athletes – Thursdays 7pm
Libby Ludlow will lead a deep stretching class that will help work out all the kinks from your week of hiking, biking or skiing.
Fast Flow – Lunchtime classes are back, now 45 mins
M/W/F, come join Jean Marie and Tina during your lunch break for a 45-minute yoga session that will get your heart-pumping and your blood flowing.
Sculpt – Monday 3:30pm
Tara will lead an additional Sculpt class on Mondays at 3:30pm.
