The Tadasana.Yoga Sweat Points Rewards Program (the “Program”) is brought to you by Yoga Unites, LLC, holding company of Garland Holding LLC (dba Tadasana.Yoga in Park City, Utah), and Tadasana Lehi LLC (“Tadasana.Yoga”, “Tadasana”, “we” or “our”). Participation in the Program is subject to these terms and conditions. Tadasana.Yoga is a fitness and wellness company which provides yoga classes and related fitness services.
Eligibility
In order to participate as a Program Member (defined below) in the Program you must reside in the United States, and be 18 years of age or older with a Tadasana.Yoga account in good standing. You may only have one Program account (“Program Account”) and may not share memberships or have multiple memberships. However, there may be more than one Program Member in a household. Memberships cannot be merged or transferred. By participating in this Program you are agreeing to these Program Terms. If you do not agree to these Program Terms, do not participate in the Program.
Program Members
There are two types of Program Members: 1) paying customers who are not employed by Tadasana.Yoga, and 2) employees and volunteer staff of Tadasana.Yoga. Paying customers shall receive full benefits of the Program. Employees and Volunteer Staff will receive Program benefits for all actual dollars spent at Tadasana.Yoga and all new customers referred to the business. Employees and Volunteer Staff will not receive Program benefits in exchange for free passes or membership received or online booked.
How to Earn Points
Points are earned at the time of purchase, attendance or other action taken that qualifies for points as defined by Tadasana.Yoga and subject to change at any time. Points have no cash value. An eligible action may earn a different number of points according to Tadasana.Yoga’s discretion and as indicated in the chart below.

Points will be revoked if a purchase for which points were earned is refunded, or an action for which points were earned is canceled or for which no actual payment was made (e.g., passes and classes given in trade). Points may be revoked where Tadasana.Yoga believes in its discretion that points were earned through or in connection with any fraud, abuse of the Program, or violation of Tadasana.Yoga Terms and Conditions.
How to Redeem Reward Points
When a minimum of 250 points have been accrued by a Program Member, those points may be redeemed for an identified reward according to the reward schedule indicated in the chart below and subject to change at any time by Tadasana.Yoga. Retail Rewards cannot be combined in the purchase of the same item. For example, 250 points and 500 points cannot be added together to receive $30 off a single retail item; similarly 1000 points cannot be used to receive $40 off a single retail item.

How To View Points Balances
Program Members can view their current points balances and rewards, and benefits when logged into their WellnessLiving account through the Tadasana.Yoga website or the Tadasana.Yoga custom app. If you think your points balance is incorrect, report your issue to Tadasana.Yoga via email at info@tadasana.yoga within one year of the point-accruing action or dollar spend. If Tadasana agrees that a correction is needed, it may take up to four weeks. Failure to supply necessary documentation may result in an inability to award points. For verification, you should retain all receipts and documentation until your points are credited to your account.
Point Expiration
Points are non-transferrable and will expire if not used within 5-year period from the date earned, or as determined by Tadasana.Yoga. For example, points earned in the month of May 2019 will expire on June 1, 2024 if not redeemed for an eligible reward.
Account Termination
Participation in the Program is a privilege granted to Program Members, and as such can be suspended, revoked, or terminated at any time by us for any reason. If your Program membership is terminated, all Points associated with your Program Membership and any membership benefits will be forfeited immediately upon termination. If your Program membership is terminated due to fraudulent activity or noncompliance with these Program Terms, in addition to forfeiting all Points and membership benefits associated with your Program Membership immediately, you cannot participate in or rejoin the Program.
Program Changes and Termination
We reserve the right to change or terminate the Program, or any part thereof, at any time without notice and without further obligations to Program Members, including, but not limited to modifications which: a) govern how points are earned on and after the date of change; or b) change the value of rewards. No points will be earned or redeemed after the effective date of termination. Any and all changes and/or amendments to these Program Terms will become binding upon all members immediately.
Transfer of Rights
Tadasana.Yoga’s rights and obligations under the Program may be assigned or transferred by Tadasana.Yoga to any other related or unrelated entity at any time, and performances shall be the responsibility of that entity.
Interpretation of Program Terms
All interpretations of these Program Terms will be at Tadasana.Yoga’s sole discretion and Tadasana.Yoga’s decisions will be final.
Disclaimer
The Program and/or any of its features may be unavailable, inaccurate or interrupted from time to time for a variety of reasons. We are not responsible for any unavailability, interruptions or errors of the Program or its features. Tadasana.Yoga is not responsible for unauthorized use of points. If your Tadasana.Yoga account is closed, you will lose all Points. Tadasana.Yoga may from time to time request information from you to confirm your identity before it will allow use of your points. Tadasana.Yoga may delay your access to the points until you comply with this information request. The Program and all the information accessible through it are provided for information purposes only on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We, our information providers and their agents make no warranties, representations, or guarantees of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to, accuracy, currency, or completeness, the operation of the Program, the information, materials, content, availability, and products.
