Account LoginTadasana is proud to present Awaken Your Spirit, a 3-session sound bath and yoga series on the first Sunday of each month from November-January (Nov 3, Dec 1, Jan 5), from 6-7:30pm. Join us to experience the powerful combination of sound healing and dynamic movement.
Each evening will begin with a nutritious 45 minute myofascial release Yoga Flow led by Logan Pretorius. A relaxing 45 minute Chakra Healing Sound Bath will follow, orchestrated by our sound healer, Dylan Michael.
Immerse yourself into the healing powers of sound with crystal bowls, tuning forks, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Shamanic drumming, and mantra chanting.
Awaken Your Spirit is the perfect way to start your month. You will leave each class feeling renewed, grounded, and tuned in to your highest frequency. Now is the time to step into your destiny and awaken your spirit.
