Wim Hof Method Breathing

Put yourself in the expert hands of certified WHM instructor, Jeremy Wilstein, to experience the powerful Wim Hof Method breathing technique.
This 90 minute workshop will introduce the Wim Hof Method and its three pillars – Breath, Cold, and Commitment. Jeremy will discuss safety and any effects you might experience as he teaches you the WHM breathing technique.
You’ll then bring your consciousness to body and breath for several rounds of guided WHM breathing to conclude with a meditation. This workshop is suitable for everyone, but does require a basic level of health.
Out of precaution, we advise against participation during pregnancy or if you are epileptic. People with cardiovascular issues, or any other serious health conditions should always consult a medical professional before starting the Wim Hof Method
Limited to 15 participants who will be properly spaced in the room to allow for 10 square feet of personal space. Masks required at any time you are not on your yoga mat.
