Our focus at Tadasana.Yoga is transformation. Our “5 Pillars” sequence structure ensures consistency within variety. Every class begins with intention-setting, then gets into motion (a little or a lot, depending), then helps you regain your natural athleticism, encourages you to use grit to find your edge, and concludes with focus. All classes are designed for all levels of yoga experience. We warm our studios to help you get into the flow. Check out our class styles below.

Power Flow
Power Flow classes will be familiar to students of vinyasa, hatha, and asthanga. We warm up with sun salutations and then move into static holds and breath-to-movement sequences designed to improve your body and mind flexibility, strength, and endurance.

These classes are heated, but not “hot”. You will sweat.

Yoga Sculpt
Yoga Sculpt combines yoga with high-intensity interval and resistance training. These classes are a great complement to traditional yoga classes, giving you the aerobic and strength workouts you need for complete health. Each class starts and ends with yoga.

Gentle Flow
Gentle Flow classes are the perfect complement to a day of hard work or exercise. Slow down, go deep, open up. Some movement, lots of stretching, plenty of quiet.
